Hamilton, IL., C. P. Dadant, 1926-1971. 4to (29.2 x 21.0 cm). Numerous pages and illustrations. Original pictorial wrappers. Lacks five issues.

The oldest (established in 1861) and most important North American bee journal. This is a run from the heydays of American apiculture, with much information that is nostalgic but far from obsolete, wonderful advertisements, and fine illustrations. Each yearly volume consists of 12 monthly issues. We offer the subsequent five volumes 69-73, and, additionally, volume 67. Some - mostly very light - wear to the wrappers, otherwise a very nice set. Rare.
