Spine with five raised, gilt-ornamented bands; compartments with gilt floral vignettes and title. Boards with triple-gilt borders, floral corner pieces, gilt dentelles. Marbled endpapers. All edges gilt.

Preserved in a custom-made black cloth, luxurious, clamshell box with built-in cradle and black label with gilt title on the spine.
