A rare, early example of nature printing, showing the leaves and flowers of the Ceylon leadwort, or doctorbush, a beautiful (sub)tropical plant. Some very occasional light spotting and toning; five tiny holes in the left margin; corners very slightly frayed. Fischer, Zweihundert Jahre Naturselbstdruck, 7; Stafleu and Cowan, 3763.
