Berolini (Berlin), 1788. Folio-size (35.8 x 22.2 cm) delicately hand-coloured loose lithograph of plants with printed caption.
The Pharmaceutica is a very rare work, seldom found complete and even individual plates of plants are rare. This print of a rice plant is in very good condition, with a few faint and minor spots only. Some light toning to the edges. No creases, dents or chips present. Nissen BBI, 784. Stafleu & Cowan (under 2834) "Not seen".
