London, W. Robinson, 1890-1908. Four chromolithographed plates 4to size (28.4 x 22.3 cm).
The four plates depict the Tea Rose Hugo Roller, and the New Lyon Rose, both published in a supplement to "The Garden" in 1908; and the Rose Marquis de Vivens, and Rose Mrs Paul, the latter dated 1890. "The Garden" was a most influential gardening magazine between 1870 and 1930. Some light fraying and miniscule chipping to a few edges, but generally in a fine condition.
